Purchased 2005 Van in August 2005. Dependable vehicle until a slight problem
arose in September. Car has been in shop total of seven times to fix the problem
and nothing seems to be found. However, the salesman himself saw the problem
and stated clearly "that is NOT normal". Problem is continuous and
rather than truly find the source of the problem they continue stating there
is no problem. Also, there was failure on their system to show the times the
vehicle has been serviced. Our customer service printouts are what we have for
proof of service, so to me that states they're trying to keep their hands clean
or out of any claim that could be filed. The vehicle was in the shop three days
a week or so ago and not even ten miles were on there for driving to examine
problem so between that in addition to the problem showing up obviously at night,
the vehicle was quote "taken to the darkest part of the parking lot"
in broad daylight to be checked the last time!
so with them not taking into account nighttime being THE TIME to look at it,
it shows carelessness on their part and I am very displeased with the service!!!
We like the vehicle and just want the thing fixed! Isn't that what a warranty
is there for?

I would and have purchased 2 new and 2 used cars/truck s from Beaman Dodge.
I have enjoyed each visit .I have purchased from 3 different sale persons and
have been treated great every time.The service and parts dept. are great , and
are the same faces there every time ,and to me is a good thing I can get to
know these people who i give my money to. Keep up the great work!!!!
Just got a 2006 Charger r/t 5.7 hemi,this is the sweetest car I have ever owed
or even drove, try it!

They constantly kept coming up with numbers without checking them on so much
as a calculator. They would only give me an approximation on payments that added
to well over 3000 dollars the actual sticker price. They even told me to go
some where else because they screwed up on their own math and I caught it and
they didn't want to look stupid. They told me they were the best in low prices
which I quickly found was not true. They do not finance through Chrysler but
through their own bank which to me seems a little fishy because they would tell
me one thing about me APR then the next it would change.
