Always a pleasure doing business with this dealership. Earl johnson in sales dept will take good care of you, shoots straight, will give you the best deal up front. Service department has been great. I even send my mother and mother-in-law for service and know they will be taken care of, not taken advantage of. I will trade with them within the next few days for a new Ram 2500. I look forward to the visit. You see the same smiling helpful staff each time you visit the dealership. Quality of the Dodge products is very good. I have received great service from my vehicles with very few repairs. a properly serviced vehicle has very few problems.

I bought a used 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 from Boruff and never made it home in the truck. About 3 miles from home the transmission blew up. After talking to the used car manager we learned that giving the run-around was a specialty at this dealership. They would not answer questions we had on what they could or would do. It took us canceling our check and tearing up the contract to hear what they would do, but by then it was too late for them to talk us into keeping the truck. They did allow us out of the contract, but wanted to add the cost of a new transmission to the price of the truck if we decided to buy the truck after the repairs.

I Loved Bill Boruffs. The Sales team is great and they make you feel like you are at home. It was also the cleanest dealership I have ever been to. My salesman helped me with my need and got me exactly what I wanted. If you go to Bill Boruffs ask for Matthew Graves. He will get you the right price and the right vehicle for you. Bill Boruffs is a place I will return to again and again.

The sales department was great.They didn't try to use the same sales crap the other dealerships used. I sincerely believed they wanted to earn my business. My salesman did everything to make me feel great, he even delivered my new van to my house on his day off. I personally feel as though I have a person working for my needs.

Bought a used 1500 with numerous major problems reported - We the people who bought it had very hard problems driving it, trying to Get it fixed, taking off in it.
