we bought a caravan from dealership. van would have been good of service dept could have fixed the problem with the tran that we brought to the 5 times the with the warranty still in place we brought the van is with a problem with the motor the parts man said the mech said it was a burnt vale that we would have to pay $2000 dollars to have the heads removed to find out well all of this problem was covered they would not honor warranty.
please make sure when you go to this dealership that they are going to cover what they say they will cover and ask a head of time if they are going to be able fix problem first time or is this a return trip problem

Odell Braswell in Sales was first rate and went well out of his way for me. The Service department also went the extra mile..nothing but praise. I'll be buying another Ram from them next year.

I bought a Stratus, not a Ram. Carl Hensel was quick to find the vehicle I wanted and the price he offered the vehicle for was less than the lowest price I could find from B'ham, Al. to Little Rock, Ar. There was NO bait and switch. The car had more than I asked for and I DID NOT have to pay for the extra included (which was discovered after the price was arrived at). Mr. Hensel was more honest and considerate (he found a loan that was about 2% below my credit union) than most if not all salesmen I've met in the Memphis, Tn. metropolitan area. Mr. Hensel is a "gem" and he's got good stories to tell,too,about his miniature goats and his past history.
