Thanks very much? For what? Selling us a 2004 dodge caravan that is a lemon?
And for the lost of my credit. I will not pay for a vehicle, that will always
have trouble. I have learned a lesson! NEVER buy a dodge. This was my first
and my last. 30 years of good credit,gone down the drain. I am disabled and
on a fixed income. I don't have the money to hire an attorney. I tried but they
said it would be hard to win, because Chrysler is a big corporation with a lot
of money. So just a little comment saying thanks for the loss of my credit;
my loss your gain. There is a saying and it goes like this, [do unto others
as you would have them do unto you] Well, I guess it's true customer satisfaction
is a thing of the past.

I was on my way from Boston Ma to Gatlinburg Tn for my honeymoon,when my truck
started acting funny when we entered TN. Since I'm a member of the TDR, Turbo
Diesel Register, I called a friend back home, he made a few calls and found
a member in Knoxville who called me and told me about this dealer that's only
about 30 min. from where we were staying. I drove to them and told them its
my honeymoon and I'm a long way from home,they test drove it right away and
said it was my injection pump and already ordered it. They gave us a car for
the night free of charge and had my truck back to me the next day. The part
was under warranty and they gave me immediate service since I was far from home
and also being a very special occasion.
My truck has just over 38,000 miles on it and this is the first problem I have
had. Many thanks goes out to the boys at Jim Cogdill Dodge of Knoxville Tn.
