Our truck was towed to this dealership while we were on vacation. The service department assured us it was not a big deal and could be fixed the same day. Five days later we picked it up. That part wasn't the issue so much as the lack of phone calls and communication with us. They did not call us to tell us anything, they did not try to get in contact with us to let us know it would be a few extra days or anything. When we called them, they acted as if we were causing problems. When I went to the manager, they pulled me into an office with four people and bullied me, fussing and saying how I was making things more difficult. THE FINAL STRAW; we got the truck back and they had STOLEN our towing change and other tools from inside our truck. NEVER go to King Cotton Dodge.

Sales staff are deceptive and mechanics are not professionals, i.e., they mix SAE and metric pan bolts, thus stripping threads and causing liquid leaks. The mechanics, of my experience, loose or misplace attaching hardware during disassembly and reassemble using improper hardware.
