I bought a Durango from Rice. They gave me the best price compared to other Dodge dealers. They also performed service at no charge because of an electrical problem that occurred within the first 30 days. They provide a loaner vehicle to me anytime I need service. Also, the body shop at the Kingston Pike (GMC) store covered my deductible when I had recent body work done. They treat their customers right.

Rice Chrysler Dodge in Alcoa goes the extra mile to make you happy. They are a family owned business and you can tell. Sales department was informative and pleasant and a deal was reached that I felt wonderful about. Service is willing to please and does whatever it takes. Top notch dealership which is impossible to find anymore.

This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever come across. Rice gave false information intentionally for the purpose of making a sale, then when confronted, fabricated more stories to try and satisfy me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
