Russell Barnett, after many attempts could not fix my transmission. They would not stand behind their workmanship!!! When asked to produce the District Managers name and contact information, a co-owner of the dealership hung up on us!!!

I had a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 SLT, 5.2 gasoline engine, that I use to pull a 18' enclosed trailer and needless to say I have overworked that truck quite a bit. I have waited and waited to locate a diesel equivalent for a year and they finally had a trade in that fit my budget and needs. It's a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Sport, ISBe engine, will all the bells and whistle's.... We negotiated a fair price and I'm extremely happy with both the service I received over the years on my 1998 Dodge Ram and will be looking forward to them servicing the 2001 Dodge Ram....
