I purchased about 6 vehicles from this dealership. My nightmare experience came with my last purchase. I purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander and a 2006 Crossfire Convertible. When I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have the crossfire on the lot. It was a new vehicle with no miles.
I had seen several crossfires i the recent past and this was the car I wanted. After completing the paperwork on the car, I had to wait for it to be shipped in. Once it arrived, I was very disappointed. It wasn't leather like I expected and it wasn't automatic, so my wife couldn't drive it.
Worst of all, the paint on the vehicle was fading and it had severe sun damage. The Sale's Manager agreed to repaint the vehicle at my convenience. When I brought the car back in a month later to be painted, they refused. I spoke to the owner of the dealership and he stated that the sale's manager did not have the authority to make that agreement, therefore it would not be honored. Later I realized that there was another defect. The gear shift would completely com off if you attempted to pull up on it and put it in reverse. They are a bunch of crooks.
