The people who greet you at the service drive appear friendly and knowledgeable.
But it all ends there. We have 2 Dodge trucks, and both of them had to have
engines replaced within 2000 miles of leaving the service department. Our first
truck- a Dakota, spent 9 weeks in the shop!
Every time we stopped by, we were given the run-around (insurance, warranty,
mechanic out for the day), and when we finally got our truck back, they told
us they replaced a lifter rod. 2 months later, the truck threw a rod. Being
out of warranty, we took the Dakota to a private ASE mechanic, and he showed
us that there was no possible way they even opened the engine up to fix it up-
no tool marks, and all original engine wear. The rod that threw- it was the
same one they claimed to have replaced. I then went back to All American to
talk to the service manager, conveniently he was out and never returned my call.
Before all this happened, we had purchased a 3500 Cummins from there. We had
many problems with the truck, and the last straw was after a visit to All American.
We had noticed a significant knocking, especially in the lower gears. Took the
truck to All American for diagnostics, and they told us the only problem was
carbon build up in the cylinders. The mechanic told us that "drive it for
500 miles and it will fix itself." Needless to say, the very next day,
the engine blew up on us. After having it towed to a reliable dealership, we
discovered that it wasn't carbon, it was a "catastrophic failure of the
third cylinder". To replace the engine- $12,000. Since we were able to
prove we were at a dealership within 24 hours, Dodge paid for the engine. We
have since bought another Dodge, and decided to try WestStar Autoplex, in Monahans.
Hands down, they are worth the drive! The prices are about the same, but I have
nothing but good things to say about their service department. Fast, dependable,
and very knowledgeable. The longest they've had my truck in the shop has been
3 days.

necessary (warranty work)On parts they are very good.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I would never step foot back in this dealership. The finance
manager was very very hateful. After using harsh words to my husband (my husband
was trying to get more for our trade...dealerships never give you enough) he
threw his pen down and nearly hit my son in the head with it. Then my husband
said it is time for me to leave, and the finance manager got in his face. They
said a few choice words to each other and the guy followed my husband out of
the show room screaming...yes in front of all of the customers. He even asked
my husband if he wanted to fight right there in the parking lot. My husband
just drove off. It was totally uncalled for. The general manager called later
apologizing, but that man should be fired. That just goes to show the reputation
that dealership will get having a hostile employee in a managerial position.
Good luck if you go in there trying to finance something!!!

My first Dodge after Chevy and Ford diesels. Am very impressed with this truck.
Great power, extremely comfortable and well thought out interior. Looks Good
too! Ride and handling are better than my Chevy 3/4 ton that I traded in. Great
dealer and Great Truck.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I bought a car from their 2 years ago when the dealership was owned by another
company. Since then I have brought another car their(2 months ago) boy is the
difference great! While the service under the prior owner was OK, things have
gotten much better. I actually called them and got their web
address and got a great deal on a car right off the bat. I paid right at
NADA wholesale and got the perfect car. Service has been great also. I now have
two cars from this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again.
