We tried to get our truck looked at, but they didn't have time or care enough
to help.We didn't have a week to wait for them to look at our truck. The catalytic
converter is still under warranty, we have a 97 Dodge ram 1500 with 75000 miles
on it. They wanted $180 to do some check on it.
The muffler place charges $190 to install a new one. We had to pay for our own.
I guess we wont be buying the Jeep Liberty i wanted now. No service, no sale.
Dodge has always been a good vehicle to have, but without service we don't want
one. Thanks for a real eye opener...

i bought a 2003 2500 hemi from them and took it to the dealer ship a few times.
when i got the truck it was a demo and they refused to give me a second key
or the keyless entry. this truck is suppose to come with 2 keys and keyless
entry switches. i asked for it they tried to charge me 75 dollars for the keyless
entry after spending 30,000 dollars for this truck they did not want me to give
it to me. i took my truck to the service dept for the oil change cause they
said they had the 9.99 dollar oil change since i bought the truck there. they
lifted the truck up dropped the oil and CLEANED out the oil filter did not replace
it. they also did not check all fluids and did not fill up my windshield fluid
and when i asked them about it they advised go some where else if i did not
like the 9.99 service. also after having the truck for a year. i went to trade
it in on a jeep grand cherokee and my truck is in perfect cond. nothing wrong
with it not even a spot on the inside. they only offered me 12,000 dollars...poor
service and they seem not to want to sell trucks are care about the ones that
already have them

We had a great sales experience. We called ahead to many other dealerships only
to find that they "just sold" the vehicle that they priced over the
phone or on the internet. When we called Allen Samuels, they said they had over
20 PT Cruisers on the lot and that we could take 3500 off any one we wanted.
Sounding too good to be true, we went anyway. When we got there, they had more
than 20, the sales dept. did not pressure us, and needless to say we bought
one. Purchasing was a breeze, we were in and out in less than an hour. There
was absolutely no pressure as with all the other dealerships and we will buy
from there again.

i will buy another dodge but from some where else. i bought a 03 dodge 2500
hemi. which was a demo. it only had one key and they told me they lost the second
one. and if i wanted another i would have to buy it for like 75 dollars for
the keyless and about 5 for the key..i am thinking not due to the money i paid
for the truck and they lost it.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, scv_there=Yes,
I had my 96 Dodge Truck serviced and one of the things they said was wrong was
the battery was bad. I had forgotten I had purchased a new battery in 2000 a
60 month battery. The battery had a marker on it that stated it was made in
2000. They called me and said among other things I needed a new battery which
they would sell me for $129.00; I though this was high and told them I would
purchase my own battery (which was $84.00) and took it to them, they never said
anything, when I took the battery back to the dealer I had purchased the new
one from, they informed me my old battery was still under warranty and advised
me to take it back to the dodge co.It was a Mopar battery. I did and they said
there was nothing they could do but give me a rebate on another battery if I
purchased it now from them. They did not offer to give me a ticket on a battery
in the future or anything else. They never told me at first that I had a 2000
battery and had a rebate coming.
