The Sales Manager worked with me with great patience and understanding as I was ordering a new Ram and illness affected my mental abilities. Also, he offered to go ahead and accept my trade-in long before the new Ram arrived, saving me considerable money on registration, insurance, and loan interest.
I had two occasions to have work done on the Ram under warranty. Both were handled promptly and courteously. I would especially commend the Assistant Service Manager Jennifer Halgood for her assistance on the most recent occasion.
I would commend Shane in the Parts Department for all his help on those occasions where I was needing a part. In addition, while I was hospitalized, he drove my new Ram from my house to the Service Dept. to have my Jacobs E-Brake installed, then returned it when the work was done.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. This is entirely different from my experiences with other dealerships over the years.

Out of all the dealerships I have been to in my 30 years... this dealership has been the best. Absolutely no pressure from the salesman. Our overall buying experience was great and painless. We were not there for hours on end as with other dealerships. We actually told our salesman where our truck was located and the dealership went and got it and had it ready for us to pick up that evening. Everything from buying and negotiating the price on the truck to financing went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be back for future purchases.

My 2004 caravan's check engine light came on. I wanted to go to bankston Irving, but was close to bankston G.P. The service manager thought it was a faulty sensor and set me up with a rental. (it was under warranty) A few hours later I go back to Bankston and had to ask her what was going on with my car. She tells me in front of all the other service managers that I should have changed my spark plugs and a few other things under the 30,000 mile maintenance guidelines. She made me fell completely stupid. To fix everything it was going to cost over $500. To top that off I was going to have to pay for the car rental. Well, she was the stupid one. First off her customer service skills were horrible. I didn't need to know she was divorce and has a daughter. Honestly she wasted my time with that. Second she doesn't know her product. My 2004 Caravan is a V6 3.3 liter model. My spark plugs did not have to be changed out until 75,000 miles. Did say 75,000 miles? Yes I did. It states it clearly in the manuel. The 4 cylinder Caravan is the one that needs new spark plugs at 30,000 miles. My Caravan has titanium tip spark plugs in it. HELLO! Titanium!!! Well I found this out my calling City Garage. They were so helpful, unlike Jennifer at Bankston G.P. I also had to call Bankston Irving to help me. They had to call her manager to get Bankston G.P. to do the right thing. Give me new spark plugs. Sad when someone else from another dealership has to intervene. I never received an apology for the mistake, or the mistreatment. Everyone there made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I will never go back to Bankston Dodge in Grand Prairie. I will let everyone know the mistreatment I received.

Got off to a bad start with salesman.Got the ol "You have to drive it before I can give you the price" routine. After I got my salesman on the same page with me, It went pretty smooth. All paperwork was completed. And I owned that night. Of course I had to fight through the extended warranty hard sell, Lo-Jack--etc. Have been back once to get free oil change. They washed the truck for me.

This was the second vehicle I have bought from our saleperson. He was very honest and would only sale me what I needed, not what he thought I needed. What ever he said is the way it was. I ended up with less payments then he had estimated and less interest. It was the best experience twice in a row. Service is just as curtious. Have had NOOOO problems with this dealership.

Gave me the run-around, sold me a totaled out vehicle, and said that it had never been wrecked. Then tried to make it right with a vehicle that had transmission problems. Do not shop there! They are not concerned about customers, just the money they put in their pocket.
