I had a transmission coolant line rupture while traveling. I called Big Country Dodge. One of the sales personnel advised he would send a wrecker out to my location. The wrecker arrived approximately ten minutes later. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman (sorry, can't remember name) that had taken care of the wrecker service for me, loaned me a vehicle for the night so I could drive to a motel. The next morning everyone went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was repaired so I could get back on the road. Their professionalism and hospitality should be commended. Thanks to everyone at Big Country Dodge.
