Salesman did not know models from options. Wanted to only sell in stock trucks. Did not offer to search or order truck I wanted. In fact, he told me I could not get a Hemi in a ram 1500 quad cab Laramie when I had already seen one at another dealership!!!! I do not recommend this dealership as salesmen not familiar with difference between truck model and truck options!! Salesman only seemed interested in selling stock trucks no matter what I wanted!! Salesmen need to be better trained on truck models and options offered!!!!

I took my 1999 dodge intrepid because it was cutting off when I came to a stop. They held my car for four days to tell me later that the engine was slugged and I needed a new one. I took it to another dealer and had it fixed.

They do not have any knowledge on heavy duty trucks. Lied about when my truck would be coming in from the factory (it took 16 weeks, not 6-8 ). Their Svc Dept hires people that have no knowledge of their products. I took my pickup in because the clutch was sticking and they told me to bring it back when it went out!
