I had made an appointment to have my brakes done, which I knew what I needed because of Husband looking at them. Before I made a appointment, I specifically asked If I could have a loaner car for the day, because I live outside the city and I needed a loaner to get my car worked on.
Well, to make a story short, they assured me I could have one as long as I had my car in that day. I never received a loaner, having to depend on someone to get me there and back, besides that My car wasn't fixed in one day but three! I was ignored , not called back to let me know what was going on. I eventually felt I was being taken advantage of "as a women". I gave them three tries and they are struck Out! I will have my car fixed by someone else and I am looking to buy another vehicle by another Dealer. Maybe someone will Notice that it does make a difference when making a customer Happy. I Do Not agree in taking advantage of women Knowledge. I did not appreciate the service Guy calling me and saying " how much do you have to spend on getting things done to your car", he should of let me know what was wrong with it first, then let me decide what I have to spend!  I hope the Dealers make the time to Read these sites! Maybe it will Help them Better their customer service! If they don't Read them, I just feel Good I can't let others Know how I feel..
