October 2000! Purchased 2001 3500 4x4 duallie. My first diesel. Had it serviced
under warranty in Dallas 2 years later and was advised that transmission sending
unit was inoperative. It was the exact same type of operation as the day I had
test driven it several days before delivery. I did not know any different due
to the fact I had never owned nor driven a diesel before. THEY DID NOT DO A
PRE-SALE DRIVE TEST, apparently. I have yet to receive my floormats or had any
returned phone calls after many attempts, literally OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS!
Bossier Dodge Fairfield, in my experience, had ZERO FOLLOW UP! High volume dealership
NO INTEREST OF AFTER
THE SALE SATISFACTION!

I have bought four vehicles from Daniel Pretzer @ Bossier Country, and am working
on my fifth.They have serviced my vehicles several times, never had a problem.
I live in LaPorte Texas over 100 miles away, and am treated like I live next
door. I will continue to buy from Daniel @
Bossier. "Do me right,and i'll keep coming back.

I purchased two new Dodge Ram Pickup's from Bossier Country, Fairfield, Texas.
The Salesman I used flat lied to me about the price (I only found out later,
after I bought both vehicles) Within 6 months, one of the pickup's was in the
shop. They said they fixed it. It was back in the shop 2 weeks later. Then back
the next day, after I brought it home. I had to bring it back in 4 wks for the
same thing! I got the run-around from the Service department, the Service mgr
was rude and said that I could fix the vehicle myself the next time. I refused,
because the pickup was a brand new pickup still under warranty. After 25 times
(BEFORE the pickup was a year old) of putting the vehicle in the shop and have
the service department manager rude to me, I traded the vehicle to another dealer.
I bought another new Dodge pickup from another dealership. I will never buy
another vehicle from Bossier Country Dodge in Fairfield, Texas, even if my life
depended on it I wouldn't buy from them.

I have been trying to purchase my second vehicle from Bossier for since Saturday
12/31/05. I was told not to come as they were closing early for the New Year
but on Monday they would finalize the paper work and deliver the vehicle. It
is now wednesday, still no vehicle, no one in the finance department will return
my call. This is the head of finance who is not returning the calls, and the
Sales Person is now avoiding my calls. The receptionist doesn't know how the
handle the calls from customers who are upset. She doesn't try to find you help,
she just tells you that you need to talk to the same person who you have been
calling. If this is how they treat there repeat customers then this customer
will NOT be one of there repeat customers.

I have purchased several trucks from this dealership and have always found the
experience to be pleasant. Chad has sold myself and friends a number of trucks
in the past, I will always return to him in the future. I constantly send business
his way, he is not your typical salesperson and a real delight to buy from.
I feel this dealership is one of the better places to purchase a vehicle.

my husband was driving to houston to make a delivery that had to be there by
6pm. he was ahead of time he was going south pulling the trailer when he said
he smelled smoke he pulled over and looked under the hood he broke a fan belt,
well he then drove over to bossier which was on the south side of freeway, went
to service dept driveway, it was about 11:30am said he waited and waited and
waited no one was around he said maybe they we closed. he walked over to coke
machine put a dollar in it. no coke lost that dollar. then he went back to the
service dept office still no one heard someone talking in a office. then a man
came out and said what do you want! my husband said i broke a fan belt, that
man said why did it break? dah my husband don't know why that man said we can
not get to it today come back monday its almost the 4th of july, my husband
said i have a load needs to be in houston by 6pm, that man tells my husband
tuff luck well my husband walked out found a auto supply store and paid a man
in a parking lot to put the belt on the truck. my husband brought 3 trucks there,
we live in oklahoma city ok well they lost our sales for now on.

1st of all the service manager was a a$$ towards his employee's heard him yelling
and cussing while the service writer was writing me up. I walked out, if service
manager was that way I won't let them work on my truck. ever since i brought
my truck the horn never worked, plus service writer was rude saying why did
i need a horn for? that's ok i'll drive extra 45 min. to Henson in Madisionville.
I would just like to say that Bossier should not be a 5 star dealer.

the dealership treats employees like crap. there pay scale sucks..never heard
a pay plan ..5th and 20th no commission checks were correct as promised. i was

My daughter, Katy, and I were on the way to Amarillo, Texas from Houston for
Thanksgiving. My van overheated and I came to the service department. They were
very busy because of the Thanksgiving holiday and wanted us to leave the van
and rent something else. My daughter is in a wheelchair and we have a wheelchair
accessible van and could not rent another vehicle to make the trip. They went
out of their way to help us get repaired and since we were there about 5 hours,
they even brought us lunch since it would have been hard to get to a restaurant.
I can only tell these people how great it was to have them help us and save
our vacation. Katy and I really appreciated how well we were treated and the
good job they did repairing the van. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS.

We drove from Austin to buy a truck from them. They had a much better price
than the dealers in Austin. Excellent straightforward salesman there, we bought
the truck with his pre-quoted price.

Sales is perfect, Very straight forward on what they can do and prices are lower
than I have ever found anywhere on heavy duty trucks. My salesman Chad Ivy was
wonderful. Didn't try to play any games and has stood behind the ram 3500 I
bought and it has 110000 miles on it now. I have sent many friends and family
to this dealership and to salesman Chad Ivy. They sold me a great truck, had
minor ABS brake issues and vacuum pump oil leak that's it, truck has never broken
down and has over 100000 miles on it now, fixing to trade this one in on a 2003
ram 3500 from the same salesman and dealership!

I bought my truck through them based on the Autobytel program and it was a great
experience. I had to sell my car before my truck arrived but the salesman delivered
a free rental car to me in Dallas until my truck arrived. I also received an
excellent price and I had great customer service. These guys are really easy
to work with and do not give you the run around.
