The men and women that work in this dealership, are the best sales people that I have ever dealt with. My parent and I have bought our vehicles there, and they are great.

I have taking two different vehicles to have serviced for various items and each time I am promised the vehicles on a certain date and when I go to pick the vehicles up, they are never ready, I have to drive 70 miles (approx. 90 minutes) and to get to the dealership and be told that vehicle is not ready is unacceptable, this would happen even after I would call and confirm that my vehicle was ready for pick up, I end up either leaving the vehicle to pick up another day or have to wait until they complete the work. Every time the dealer check the vehicle out the vehicle to find out what is wrong, give me a cost on what it will take to fix the problems, they find more things that I feel should have been caught during the initial inspection. On one occasion, I drove the 70 miles, after calling to ensure they had the parts were in and they assuring me they would be able to fix the problem, drop the vehicle off, only to come back an hour and half later and the service manager tell me that they made a mistake and the part had not come in. I feel their services department is questionable at best in there customer relations. If it happened one time it would not matter, but I have had this issue on three separate occasions, if there was another place to take my vehicles to have the work done I would have but we are limited in that area. I have taking a 1996 Dodge Caravan and 1993 Dodge Spirit for service on several different occasions and each time I have not received the vehicles back when promised and more items were found to be repaired. The comment was made "That is how we make our money", I thought this comment was unprofessional and put a shadow on the dealer’s creditability. I am currently looking to sell my four dodge vehicles and replace them with another brand, it is a shame my family have driving nothing but Dodge products for over forty years but because of the questionable standards of this dealer, who boasts about its “FIVE STAR” rating, we are looking to change.
