I bought a PT Cruiser from them. I was satisfied with the car at first. I started
having transmission problems with it a couple months after I bought it, keep
in mind that i still had factory warranty. I took it up to them and the man
in the service department took it for a test
drive. He said it absolutely did not have a transmission problem and that I
didn't need to have it repaired. I took it to another car repair shop, which
is a family friend, two days after that and he had to replace my transmission
because the man at Cecil WOULDN'T!!!

These guys are great. We hope to buy a new truck there soon since they were
so wonderful in their service department. Nobody else could figure out what
was wrong, but they did.

Bought 2 vehicles together here. Vehicle purchases were easy, no pressure, and
very friendly. Since then I have had to go in for services and since I live
1.5 hours away it is important to me that the dealer does what it says it is
going to do. The parts department never seems to have anything in stock and
communication between parts and service seems to be poor. At one point I had
to make 3 separate trips to have a tail light fixed as the part was never ordered.
I had my brakes done and they forgot to turn the rotors, creating yet another
trip back. They are very friendly and helpful as they can be, but that does
not help much when your problem isn't fixed timely.

The salesmen worked with us from the get go. Showed us the exact truck we were
looking for and was willing to negotiate. Called and checked with us weeks later
after we had bought the truck. We will defiantly go back to buy another truck
from Cecil.

Excellent Sales department. We went in and told them what we wanted and they
showed us a truck that had more features then we were looking for at a price
that was better then we were looking for. The salesman was willing to negotiate
on the price and options. Other dealers seemed to have a take it or leave it
attitude. The service personnel had a very friendly and professional attitude
that was very refreshing. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.
