Great experience dealing with a salesperson I REALLY liked, didn't mind paying more than I should, just because I liked him so much, named Carl. He stayed after hours to complete the sale, even. My complaint is that I went back a few months later needing another truck, (they specialize in trucks) & he pawned me off on another salesman, saying he had a customer right then, going to buy 3 trucks. Well, obviously, I wanted to deal with him & waited a long time for him to get free, but, he took his own sweet time with this NEW customer. I left & haven't been back, so I hope he at least made a sale! This is a family run business that I really liked the first time around, & since I'd already bought one & paid cash I expected a little more enthusiasm & I had a 1991 trade in that he acted like he didn't want to even LOOK at!
