I have been buying Chrysler products for about 15 years. I drive an hour and a half to Cessna Motors because of the way I have been treated at other dealers. I live in Angleton and have only purchased 1 automobile from Ragland Chrysler Center they are only a few blocks from me you whining babies think Cessna is so bad go deal with Ragland and you will gladly do business at Cessna. I told the owner of Ragland it would be a cold day in hell before I would do business at his dealership again that means parts repair and sales. If any dealer needs to be put out of business Ragland Chrysler is the one they are rude arrogant know-it-all a$$es!
Cessna Motors a great place Ragland Chrysler baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad place to do business

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
A recall on computer system I knew nothing about failed and left me stranded at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Jeep was still under warranty. Told by MR. Cessna that towing and rental car would be paid for through warranty. When I picked it up 3 days later I was informed it was a recall problem and therefore the rental car was NOT paid for I found out a month later upon receiving my credit card bill in. When I called AND went to the service dept. of Cessna in person I was greeted by a very surly Mr. Cessna. I reported the unethical dealings of this dealership to the Chrysler office, but obviously nothing was done since they are still in business. If you want to be treated with respect and like your business matters do NOT go to this place!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Found a recall on my 94 Dodge Ram truck. It had to do with a harness causing electrical fires in the steering column. I noticed the steering column was getting hot and found a melted spot. At the same time, my headlights went out. I took the truck to this dealership who I have had no prior experience with. They fixed all the recalls that were outstanding on my vehicle. 2 of which CLEAR LAKE DODGE should have already fixed. We dropped off the vehicle on a Friday morning and was told it would be ready that same day. When we called to check on the status, we were told a part needed as a result of the recall we took it in for was not on hand and it would be Monday before he would have it. The Manager told us we could pick up the truck that night and bring it back on Monday. My husband asked if the headlights were fixed and the Manager said he had forgotten about that and would take care of it on Monday. We left the vehicle there since we could not drive it! at night. The vehicle was not ready on Monday either. On Tuesday when we picked it up, we were given an invoice for $138. We were not told the Head Light Switch was not covered under the recall. The next day I realized that the Tail Lights were not working. They worked when I took the vehicle in. I called the Service Manager and explained about the tail lights. I also complained about the charges that we were not told about in advance. His solution was to remove the light switch and reinstall the old switch or fix what was wrong with it. Not happy with the lack of explanation for not notifying us about the non-covered work done, I called the owner of the dealership, MR. CESSNA. Mr. Cessna was cranky and rude. He said they did not have time to call about every thing they did to a vehicle. I explained the situation we were in and how his dealership let us drive an unroadworthy vehicle home. I told him that we needed another vehicle for the day and asked if he would provide one. He said he was not in the loaner car business.
Do not do business with this dealership. I think if you look at the lack of selections and the size of his dealership, you would know whey after being in the business for 40 years why Mr. Cessna does not have much of a car lot to look at.

Made initial contact with sales who took all the information for credit check, and did a trade in evaluation, after doing so we left to attend personal matters due to the finance manager not being able to get his stuff together, a short overweight individual wearing a cowboy hat which appeared to be on backwards, we were never introduced he kept his hat pulled low, so we left and was to await a call from Glenn Vick the salesman. Who called that evening and related what they were able to do the trade but it was 3000 below the trade-in offer we had received from another dealer, but Glenn conferred with his finance manager/ sales manager?? would not agree to go the 15,100.00 offered by the other dealer but would only go 15,000 I related this was fine, to get it together and call back when they did get it together and we would come and close the deal,well Glen Vick did call that day 2 - 3 times for more information he had already acquired. The short of the story is after 5 long distance calls to Glen Vick in the days that followed, I was handed of to his supposed finance manager who related he was not going to deal unless we came into his office. To me this indicates the total lack of up front regard for business ethics or people as well as a dealership that needs to make some real changes in there sales, and operational philosophy. As Glen Vick "said" when we dealt with him that the owner is a real tight wad, and that became real evident...when I dealt with his smart mouthed finance man or sales manager.
