Bought a new truck thru Cleburne Dodge, and I actually loved the process for the first time ever in buying a vehicle. The salesperson was great, got a good price right off the bat, and even though my good credit made the financing simple, it was still a great experience all the way thru. I would highly recommend Cleburne dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a new truck

Purchased 2005 Dodge Truck in July of 200
3. Vehicle as of 03-21-2005 has been in service department three times with universals squeaking. DaimlerChrysler Service Representative told mechanic over the phone to buy after market universals if I wanted the problem to stop; and would have to be paid for by myself and it would void warranties. Vehicle is in shop today 3-21-05 and the problem is still not fixed.
After purchasing this truck, sales representative told me they would pay me $50.00 for each customer I sent to them and they purchased a vehicle. I have sent five customers and one has purchased a vehicle. They have been through many managers and personnel; promised to pay $100.00 for that one customer instead of $50.00 have not seen any money yet.
Money is not the problem here, when I was complaining on last visit to repair shop, I asked to visit with the owner, he was in his office and would be with me shortly; three hours later while I was still waiting to have my vehicle repaired the owner sent word he was too busy to talk to me.
There is much talk of many people in this community about not going back to Cleburne Dodge because of this type of situation happening too many times.
I have been furnished with a company vehicle for the past 20 years. I purchased this vehicle as my company work vehicle. I have a choice of company vehicle or personal vehicle - I am very disappointed with the truck purchased from your dealership and the service given after purchase.
I am happy with the vehicle but very disappointed with the dealership service. I would consider purchasing another Dodge truck in the future but absolutely not from Cleburne Dodge --- I have stayed with Cleburne Dodge simply because I am enrolled in the VIP oil change program, perhaps you would honor this at another dealership close to me

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I bought an '03 2500 QC, SLT, 4X2 from this dealership. Their sales staff was mostly new (it has an incredible turnover rate, almost monthly it seems), and the young man that got my business was clueless when it came to heavy duty trucks, tow ratings, service periodicity, and available options. It was also a major annoyance that they "seemed to have lost" the window sticker, so I had to start negotiations from an approximate value for the new truck. They were also trying to convince me that the truck came with "free oil changes for the life of the vehicle", although I found a sheet of paper showing MSRP and upcharge for the service contract - VIP serices! If it were not for the generous $4500 incentive and them finally getting right on the F-350 I was trading in I would have walked. As a side note, this was a cash sale, and clear title on trade - it should have gone much smoother. They were even unfamiliar with getting Farm Truck tags. Their service guys ! are horrible! I have to watch them like a hawk, or they will not fill the oil filter before installation - as required by the Dodge-Cummins service manual. I even pointed this out to a service adviser and after he promised to talk to the lube tech, nothing happened. I do have to admit that they were good at getting the Cam Position Sensor replaced (STAR Part) in a decent period. I just wish that I could trust them to change the oil!
Love that Cummins diesel!

They tried to sell me a used Ram 2500 98 model in 99. I tried to negotiate the price with them as this vehicle was way over priced. When I informed them that I could buy this same equipped vehicle new for less, they said that was "bull". Well they have to do the warranty repairs on this "bull" I bought from Bonham Chrysler. Hahahahahahahaha.

Salesman was courteous but wanted to sell me stock rather than order what I wanted. I had to ask for pricing on new Ram 1500 order with what I wanted. Would not give trade in value on my vehicle until the new truck arrived if I ordered it. They knew price of new vehicle but left me in the cold as to trade in value so I could not make a deal as I had no idea what my trade value would be!!
Would not recommend this dealership, as they would not give trade in value of vehicle until new vehicle arrived and wanted to sell stock instead of ordering what I wanted. In other words, they priced their vehicle, but would not quote solid trade pricing so I would know exact pricing on deal.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor,
Went to buy a 03 3500 QC, used, 3000 miles - 22,000 clearly marked as price on window. They messed up and wanted 33000. They didn't even offer to give it to us at a discount for screwing up so bad. After talking to the manager they would rather loose a couple good customers (close friends and working assoc.) than lose a couple thousand. Parts dept really doesn't have a clue. Steer clear, go to Brown Dodge in Granbury. Ratings and comments do not seem to agree.
