Wow!! Not a whole lot to say about this lying ass car dealership! Went there
because of an as i saw in the dallas morning news on a Dodge Ram 1500 Lonestar.
But of course I get there and the price is $2000 higher than the paper~! They
will not honor there ad. They tried to charge me for some paint and fabric protection
and dealer ad ons. They wanted to charge me $499 for tinted windows. Its bullshit!!
They wasted 2 hours of my time, only to get me there and then lie to me. So
from there I went to Randall Noe Dodge in Terrell, tx on the same ad, only it
was $100 cheaper. There was no hassle. They gave me the exact deal that was
in the paper and Finance got me a great interest rate!! hands down, Randall
Noe Dodge will always have my business. Dallas Dodge ought to be caught on Fire!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes,
scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
05experience=We bought a new 1500 yesterday from Ted McCormick in the Internet
Department at Dallas Dodge. Both of us walked away agreeing that we'd never
had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Hubby was stunned by the
great deal Ted put together for us. There was no pressure, he was open and honest,
showed us exactly how he came up with the numbers and made a day we'd been dreading
very easy instead. Scott in Finance was also a pleasure to finalize the deal
with.
We made one mistake yesterday, and that was stopping at Park Cities Dodge first.
I would go slam them at their entry, but they don't have one here at this site.
They were definitely using bait-and-switch via their newspaper ads, offering
discounts of 50%, then putting most of it back on with one excuse or another,
and offering their lease program only. The salesman we got stuck with was not
very knowledgeable, and the finance guy was smarmy. We walked out on them after
less than 10 minutes.
