Avoid Like the Plague! They are snakes in the grass! My truck was under warranty
at the time...my steering wheel leather/fake leather started pealing away at
20K miles. I took the my truck in and they refused to fix it under warranty,
they said that Chrysler was not reimbursing them for the repair. I contacted
Chrysler and they informed me that they had lied to me, that it was the dealerships
responsibility to determine if something needs to be repaired and covered under
warranty. They also forced me to purchase a coupon book at the time of my purchase
that cost $275.00. I also took my truck in another time to have the oil changed
and fix the door panel, which should have been covered under warranty. They
kept my vehicle for 3 1/2 hours and only changed the oil. They did not GET to
the door panel. I could not wait any longer and had to leave without my truck
being fixed. They avoid fixing if under warranty. They are terrible! I will
be buying a new Dodge soon, but not from Demontrond!! Avoid...Avoid...Avoid.
This dealership gives Dodge a bad name!

Went to their memorial day sell a thon, and it became just that. Found the vehicle
I wanted and agreed on a price. Ran the credit check and was ready to go and
lo and behold the price had been jacked up 3000 dollars from agreed price. Tried
to show that they were trying to sell at sticker, but they could not see the
error. Needless to say, I have contacted Henson motors and will be doing business
with them. What ever you do, walk away from the light, stay away from Demontrond!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No,
Took in my 2001 Chrysler Voyager to have the oil changed approx 3 1/2 months
ago. I usually change my own oil. When I tried to change it again myself, the
drain plug was on so tight, I could not loosen it. So as not to ruin the head
of the nut, I simply took it back to Demontrond to change the oil and loosen
the nut they put on. They became concerned the nut threads were actually stripped.
They refused to work on the vehicle unless I would pay for a new oil pan if
the threads were actually stripped. The excuse they used was that a small amount
of Jiffy Lube's blue tamper seal paint was still touching the gasket around
the nut and that obviously I had taken it to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed
within the last 3 1/2 months. It was absolutely ludicrous. It was blatantly
obvious that it was residue left from a previous oil change from a long time
ago since most of the paint was missing and some of the paint was noticeable
on the oil pan but not on the gasket. This service department suffers from a
severe lack of integrity and honesty over something so small! I took it to a
real mechanic who loosened the nut quickly with no problem and that same blue
seal didn't move!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Bought a '97 Dodge 1500 Ram 4x4 in spring of '97. Sales was not high-pressure.
Told the salesman what I wanted, didn't have it in stock, so had to order. Truck
came in on time, exactly as ordered. In over two years, no mechanical problems
with truck. Needed a minor adjustment in shift column locking mechanism and
service corrected in about 15 minutes. Great dealer, great service.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Didn't buy my 97 Ram 2500 from this dealer. Following a breakdown they kept
my vehicle for more than four days waiting for parts. The repair could have
been completed with the replacement of one 3/8 inch bolt. Long story goes with
that repair. They gouged me $360 for warrantee work. I contacted Chrysler and
got a 100% refund. This outfit takes a don't give a damn attitude toward out
of town break down. I wound up with a rental car (that they could not help me
with) Chrysler rates them five star --- what ever that means. 01 Nov 2001
