Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
These people will not do warranty work. I have asked them repeated times to
order parts to do the warranty work on my car I purchased in 1999, to tell you
how long I have been attempting to get the work done. There are now 5 recalls
on my particular car and they won't help me. They say the parts aren't available,
they will order them. When I try to contact about getting the work done later,
they still say they aren't in or they came in, they forgot and used them so
they will have to order more. They have changed the oil, knowing I needed a
new plug and wanted it replaced, and not replaced the part, but charged me for
it. When I came back, they didn't have the part, would order it. The next day,
when promised, they forgot and had to have it sent the next day.
They give coloring books to the kids who wait patiently during the runaround
but that has been my only good experience with them.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Avoid Like the Plague! Dealer is a ripoff. Won't do very much in the way of
warranty work. Tries to get out of doing anything. So far was in for at least
a half dozen problems and they wouldn't fix. They couldn't even sell us a vehicle.
Even though we were ready willing and able. Didn't want to work with us to sell
us what we were looking for. Even sent us to Walmart once to have a tire on
a new 2002 Chrysler vehicle fixed, they would not honor the warranty and fix
it themselves. Walmart sent us back to the dealer, to no avail. Finally had
to call the main office to get it taken care of in El Campo, TX. Main Office
seemed very surprised at their unwillingness to fix this. Also a window seal
was needing to be replaced on this same vehicle and they wouldn't do the work.
Managed to get it fixed throw another dealership. Management in the sales &
service department is the pits, Stay clear of this dealership, and any other
Don Davis Dealerships ( there are a few of these out there, so beware!)
We Love our vehicle even with its little problems. We purchased the bumper to
bumper to fix anything that went wrong. But this dealer doesn't do business
like most other Chrysler dealers we've been to. So Please for your own sake,
don't do business with these guys, they have to be the worst!

Sales=Good, Service=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Have purchased two vehicles here; 2002 Durango and 2003 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. Sales
worked hard to obtain the exact vehicle I wanted (neither was in stock) at a
very good price. Salesman David Herzik and his Sales Manager Louis Corrino are
the guys to deal with - I beat two LOW Wiesner, Tomball quotes with them. Service
experience has been good with only routine maintenance and Mopar accessories
being installed.
