Staff sexist. Manager never looked past my neck when speaking to me. They refused to put the vehicle in my AND my husband's name~only his. We bought a used vehicle and they did not even inspect it and barely cleaned it before we picked it up. We specifically asked if the vehicle had been wrecked and they said no, a year later we found out (through our insurance company) that it had in fact been wrecked and the damage cost was extreme. My dad had bought a car previously through their company and did not have any problems. He 's a male and I'm a female ~ thus the difference in treatment (in my opinion).

My truck has been in this shop so many times it is ridiculous. When i get it back after service, the problem is still not fixed AND it comes back with new problems i didn't have before!!!! I can count today of 14 separate problems with my vehicle and it is still under 36,000 miles!! I will never go back to this dealership or Dodge!! If Chrysler vehicles were the last vehicles on the planet....i will walk!!!
