I find their service department to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They can get right to the problem, I guess because of all the training required to be a 5 star dealer. I will definitely return to have my car serviced..

Today I went to Fort Bend Chrysler (Rosenberg, TX) to pick up my meter that their service guy said I could pick up today from 8-4, and to speak with someone about the poor, service, lies, etc. After being in there 10 minutes before someone would speak to, and being told the service department was closed, I finally was able to speak to this guy. Right off the bat he was a total jerk and very disrespectful to me. He would not tell whom I could speak with about my complaints, and my further asking of this just made him more angry. At this point, I am plain infuriated with the dealership. So far they have lied to me about things being wrong with my truck and about stuff to cover their a$$ invaded my privacy by going through my center console (and who knows what else), accused me of things that are not true, never call me back, and have just been plain rude to me. I did not think that this is the kind of service representative of a "Five Star" dealership, but I am proved wrong
