To bad you took out avoid like a plague because the Parts department cost me $200.00 plus 2 full days of work because they gave me the wrong info. and the Mang. of parts (Tod) and his director more or less said too bad. I will never use and will advise anyone else to go some place else that cares about the customers. I hope to contact Mr. Polk himself to voice my complaint with his company and employees.
Nothing against Dodge I like my truck and will buy another Dodge truck. I just don't like to be screwed by a dealership mainly the parts department.

I contacted the sales dept. looking for a used Durango. A salesman told me they had a 2000 Durango for 13995.00. He then told me the sale price on the vehicle was 12,465.00. My husband left work early so that we could see the car. We decided that we liked it, and proceeded to make a deal. The sales dept. said that the sale price was the absolute rock bottom they could go on the vehicle. OK we tried! When said deal was reached (fairly satisfactory) we had to go pick up our kids. When we returned to sign papers, the finance dept. was busy. This was understandable, so we waited. After waiting, and finally getting in to finance, the fin. manager said that he needed until tomorrow to work the deal. I was disappointed, but felt much better when they told us to take the Durango home anyways. When I got home, I was happy and wanted to send a nice email to the dealer. Imagine my shock when upon looking at the used cars on the web sight (my husbands wants a 150! 0 laramie) I see MY NEW CAR for almost a thousand dollars less than what they told us that the rock bottom sale price was!! Just to be sure, I printed the info and checked the vin against the one in my driveway. Sure enough, its the exact same vehicle. All I can say to this, is thank God we didn't sign the papers. Maybe this is considered fair in the car war, but to me it is disappointing to see my local dealer pull this on anyone let alone me. Needless to say we wont be buying this or any other vehicle from Glenn Polk now or ever. I will drive anywhere I have to to find a dealer who is honest and fair. maybe I ask to much, but there has to be one somewhere Signed disappointed in Gainesville

I live within one mile of Frontier Dodge in Lubbock but drove 300+ miles to buy my new '01 3500 QC Cummins HO from Glenn Polk. Without any game playing whatsoever the salesman, Jason, accepted my low-ball offer over the telephone, located the truck I wanted, executed a dealer trade, and installed the Jacobs "Jake Brake" all with no written contract to purchase or money in hand. I drove over to Gainesville on a Friday afternoon and my new truck was sitting out front, detailed to perfection, and ready for delivery. No attempt was made to sell me anything additional and the price was to the penney what I had been quoted. Later, I returned and the Cummins mechanic installed an aftermarket fast idler kit and a modified switch on the shifter handle for controlling the jake brake. This is a Five Star Dealer who has earned that distinction. The entire operation is professional, courteous, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them to anyone considering! the purchase or a Chrysler Dodge product or a Ford, as they have a sister Ford dealership next door.
