I have done business with Gober Merrell for a long time and I will never go anywhere else and get the same great service I get there. Everyone treats me like I am family and are very courteous and fast to get me whatever I need.

Have bought 2 Dodge trucks from Gober Merrell and Terry Blount, He has been great to work with I call and tell him what I need and he gets it for us and has it ready when we get there. I have had problems out of my Dodge truck but Terry and the service dept has done and great job of keeping me going, they even loaned me a truck to haul my horse to the vet. They are Great!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, I recently bought a new truck from Gober Merrell in Sulphur Springs and could not have been more pleased I called and asked for a quote over the phone about a truck, the salesperson said that he would call me back and he did, (something that 2 other dealers did not do) quoted me a price that I was comfortable with. The truck was ready when I got to the dealer as well as all of the paperwork. Could not have been more pleased. A week later the a/c went out and I called the dealer they got me right in ahead of a couple of trucks (that were not bought not bought there I understand) and had my truck fixed within an hour. This is a great dealer I have been to all of the surrounding dealers and have never received this great of service. I will be sending all of my friends and family to this dealer no matter what kind of vehicle they want even if it is Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Ford or some sort of import> They really bend over backwards to help the customers that purchase from them GREAT JOB GUYS!

Telephoned dealership and provided salesman with options and model 2003 RAM 1500 I wished to purchase. He said he would get back to me with price quote. Never received a reply after initial telephone call. Another dealer that must not need the business. No wonder Dodge sales are low with this poor dealer and salesman interest in possible new customer. I do not recommend this dealership as salesman never returned call with price quote. Apparently this dealership does not need the business!!!!
