Regular guys, no pressure, polite and courteous and professional all the way.
I plan to have my truck serviced whenever possible. After months of shopping
at perhaps 8-9 dealerships of different trucks, ie., chevy and ford Goodson
was miles apart in pressure tactics form the boiler room dealerships.
I never thought I would get over trading in my chevy truck but when I drive
by a chevy now I just shake my head.....what a difference!!! Dodge forever!
I can't figure the huge difference in price between GM and Dodge.

I went to Goodson Dodge North because I had noticed on Goodson Dodge West's
inventory that they had a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan that had all the right things
on it. This being the end of the 2003 model year, I figured I could get a good
deal. The north dealership was much closer to my house so that's where I went.
The sales people were very polite and made me a good deal on the van that was
at the west dealership. Well, the next day I went to pick up the van and there
was a problem. The van had already been sold! We were all very calm and polite
about the situation and I was told that they would find the same van or one
better and they would take the loss. Well, they found a van but it had less
on it than the one I had already signed a contract for. He told me he would
give me the discount for anything not on the van but I was not pleased since
I had already signed a contract for the other van. Finally, the sales manager
called me and made everything right. He said he could not find a 2003 van with
the same things on it so he gave me a $1,000 discount over a $185 dollar thing
that was missing off the van. So, what he did was turn that $1,000 dollar discount
into a dvd player and flip-down screen as well as a center console and roof
rack. Needless to say, I was very pleased that they made things right after
their mistake. I believe Goodson Dodge North is a great place to buy a vehicle
because they fixed the problem the right way.

I got a new salesman who was a little green, but he did well. The finance dept.
stood behind their word and gave me the deal I asked for with no BS. You could
eat right off of the floor in the service dept.! Good dealer. Good truck.
