Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
I attempted to purchase a vehicle with this dealership. After some negotiation,
they had agreed to give me a very good deal on my trade in. I told them that
my financing would be through my credit union and I needed to fax the information
to them for approval. Being that it was at night, I would have to do it the
next day. When I returned the next evening with the approval, they backed out
of the deal saying that they could not honor the offer for my trade-in. They
said, "It was actually a typographical error made by the salesman."
When I called their hand on it, and
explained that the salesman didn't even type it up, it was the finance manager;
the sales manager just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. A few days later,
I called to speak with the salesman and he no longer was employed there. He
had only recently been hired by them, and I will never know if he was fired
over this situation THAT WASN'T EVEN HIS FAULT! However, I will never return
to that ! company; not only were they very unprofessional with me, they passed
the responsibility of an error on to the employee of least significance - I
have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for people that can't accept responsibility for an
error.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes,
Bought a pickup. Agreed on the price. Had a $100. charge for the security key
and did not want this device. Told sales rep I did not want. He said they would
take it off and I could pick up the vehicle in two days (Sunday). I put down
a deposit of $500. and showed up on Sunday morning to get the vehicle. All reps
were in sales meeting. Waited for 45 minutes. Then the finance manager said
he could not take the deal if I was not willing to pay for the security key
($100.) Would not sell me the pickup. Traveled over 60 miles to pick up truck
and was really upset. I told the finance guy I was unhappy about being forced
into buying something I did not want. When he got pushy and would not give me
my check back nor give me the vehicle, I got really mad and made a comment about
the vertically challenged attitude and then he started pushing me around. I
called the police and filed a report. (Note: comments and rating do not agree)
