Have been taking my trucks into this dealer for the last year UNTIL one day I took my 1998 Dodge 1500 in so they could repair the engine and brakes and it came out with a broken AC system!!! The "Service Advisor", Richard, decided to take this opportunity to increase his monthly check by telling me that I was going to leave there with an almost $500 bill to get the AC fixed. But you broke it! Well, it needed a vac and recharge, dye, and a new hose. Hmmm... it was fine when I took it in. Escalated to management which was of NO USE.
Luckily the sales department had called and said they would trade me into a little used car and I wouldn't have to worry about the bill AND I would never have to take it to their service department! WHAT A DEAL!!! Great sales department, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I love the Sales Department at Grapevine Dodge. I bought my first mini van there after my 2nd child. I am now in the market to replace my van because we have out grown it. My first stop was Grapevine Dodge. I haven't replaced my van yet, but if they get anything in I like I will go there before anyplace else. The service department is wonderful!! I showed up from another dodge dealership and they got my van in the next morning, they called the rental company for me and they call me on a daily basis and let me know what is going on with my van. I love my Dodge Grand Caravan Sport and if Dodge made a Conversion Van I'd get it in a heart beat. I thing over all all the employees I have dealt with at Grapevine Dodge are great.
Jeff in Service is a wonderful person to deal with along with Zaid in used cars, all the receptionists I have dealt with. there was also a finance associate that helped me, but I can't remember his name, but also very nice. Thank you for a great experience. I actually had fun buying my first minivan.

They are either liars or incompetent. I took my car in for a water pump, and they tried to tell me that the oil needed changed, the transmission fluid needed changed, the air filter, .... I pointed out to them that the oil had been changed only 2500 miles before, and the trans fluid only 11,000 miles before. Then they told me that I had to get a $80 radiator flush, and couldn't get just the fluid refilled even though this hadn't been included in the estimate. When I didn't get all the add ons that I know I didn't need they found other parts that "had to be replaced". Also it took 48 hours to get the water pump replaced (24 hours longer than promised) Try a different Dodge dealer.

The service Dept was good until Ed my salesman didn't do what he promised over the phone. He was suppose to e-mail me back with info on the Dodge Cummins trks that ya'll have in stock in Black, 2500, Cummins HO, storage area in bk, SLT, and possible Larime? I would of been there Fri but if your salesman doesn't say and do what he promises then I have a problem with your company. I don't mean to be ugly, I am just very disappointed with Ed, cause he seemed like a gung-ho type of guy. I am very interested, and very upset with the follow-up ser. I had a customer that I referred to ya'll and that is what he said to me about the sales Dept. So he went to Classic and bought a truck there. Maybe Ed has too much on his plate to keep up with his customers, I do not know? So, now let's talk via e-mail since I hope to try to continue to make a deal? I am a long time Dodge customer, bought 3 trucks in the last 10 yrs, (Bledsoe, Longhorn, Don Davis), I thought I would give ya'll a shot? It is now up to ya'll. This dealership was established by the Frank Para folks after they sold their other dealership on 183. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Para and both were good experiences. Both times I felt I was dealt with honestly and with little pressure. Got a real good deal on a 02 RAM 1500 LST 4x4 show room truck. I suspect it was a loss leader to get it out of inventory but from the original dealer adds sticker of $37,000 they came down to $26,300 and change. Anyway the whole thing was low key and comfortable. Can't say they are excellent yet as I've only had the truck a week and haven't dealt with the service department but so far they seem responsive.
