I've heard great things about this dealership so I traveled 2 hours from my
home to see what I could find. They were just great. I bought my truck the same
day and still drive around a happy man. They were even able to get me deferred
payments for 90 days which is what I required. Their internet department is
another story though. The lady working it lost my contact info twice in a period
of 4 days and didn't even remember me. If you're buying I suggest going to the
dealer to do business.

Best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I typically trade vehicles every
9-18 months for no reason at all other than I try to trade up a little. The
dealership offered a decent price for my trade in and had a selection of just
about any pickup you could want. I ended up buying a better equipped 1 ton dually
for about 4500 less than I had been offered for a 2500 with less options at
another dealership. If they keep up those habits, I will definitely be buying
there again, although since I bought new this time, it might take me a while
longer.

My wife and I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November of 2002. The
dealership allowed my wife use of the vehicle for five days prior to our signing
on the bottom line. I had a set amount I was willing to spend and made that
clear to the salesman who, in turn, let the finance department know. There was
no pressure to buy extras, extended service agreements or anything else-just
a good deal at my price and they even threw in floor mats. There were some electrical
problems with the Grand Cherokee but the service manager, Jeremy, got right
on it and things were put right quickly. She takes the Grand Cherokee in for
it's regular servicing and has always been happy with the service department.
Just this week I contracted with J.R. Simms to purchase a used Dodge Durango
from Greenville Chrysler. J.R. listened to me and to what I wanted in a vehicle.
He worked with me to get the price of the Durango to fit my budget and agreed
to have some dings and scratches fixed to boot.
We are well pleased with this dealership. The sales staff (new and used) are
great and the service department is super.

my first truck deal in 01 was great,,but when i went there last week 07/31/04
to get a new truck a 04 diesel 4dr. the salesman was great but the big man as
they call them must have thought i was stupid. his first come back to me was
a monthly bill of 860.00 then on the second try he came down to 630.00. that's
a 230.00 drop. i just left then and will never go back to that place. i buy
a new truck every 2 years but hen something stupid like that happens. just think
how many people they have got away with doing that to.
i would love to buy a new 2500 diesel if any of the dealers see this and really
want to sell one before the 05 comes out

They took an advertised special and knocked $1000 off the sales price, will
buy from them again. Looking to buy a new 2004 Ram 2500.

I would buy from them again. I drove from Dallas to get a better deal in the
country. They worked with me with my payments and got them where I could afford
them. They got a finance deal to go through that the dealerships in Dallas couldn't/wouldn't.

I looked at 12 other dealerships before I contacted greenville chrysler. I called
one day and a salesman named Brady Holiman answered. He was as helpful as could
be and was not pushy at all. This was without a doubt the best experience I
have ever had in buying cars. Brady went the extra mile to help me with my new
1500 quad cab hemi. I just love it and would recommend Brady and Greenville
Chrysler to anyone...

First visit, salesman showed me RAM 2500 even though I wanted a 1500. He then
left me waiting for over 30 minutes as he said he would check on 1500's. He
never returned so I left. I tried internet sales, they took two weeks to get
back to me and salesman tried to search a vehicle instead of ordering truck
equipped as I wanted. I informed the salesman that I ordered a truck from another
dealer at less than what he offered. He then said no way I could purchase a
truck for less that their offer and was very rude!! I do not recommend this
dealership as they are not customer oriented and only want to sell stock trucks.
Salesman was very pushy and wanted you to buy what he wanted to sale you. He
wanted an additional $200 to get a search vehicle above the price!!

I am buying a mini van there and accept delivery of it tomorrow..I bought a
Ram 1 ton there last year, my salesman, Bill Edens is a great guy, he takes
the time to LISTEN to what you want, how you are going to use the vehicle, THEN
makes a recommendation (what a concept, LOL) I notice that the dealership keeps
the cars and stuff clean around there and I don't know what the other poster
means as far as the sales department being "sly" anyone I've had dealings with
there have gone the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and show me that
they APPRECIATE my business!..being in business and certainly not a pup, I know
what good service is and I get it there..Before buying my 1 ton, I drove nothing
but Fords, got good service and bought 7 from the same dealer in the course
of about as many years. Now I buy Dodges, had nothing but the best of luck!
I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to go there for the best sales and good service..they've
treated me right and I have no reason to say otherwise.
