The service department here is unlike anything I've ever seen. They act like a bunch of lobotomized high-schoolers. My truck sat in the lot of this place for five days before anyone could even pop the hood and diagnose the problem. Once I got on them to pay attention to me, they took another two weeks to complete the job...It was nothing more than installing a new wiring harness.
When I got it back, there was dirt and grease everywhere inside. A total nightmare.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, I have a 98 Intrepid, I went to this dealership to have the door moldings replaced. First they put two driver side moldings on, one on the passenger side (hello the moldings are side specific) then they got grease all over the ceiling of my car. They acted put out when I asked them to clean it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
