I have found this dealership to be very good, I have no problems with having
their service department take care of my truck! It has been a good experience
working with their staff in all areas of my purchase and maintenance of my vehicle.
As far as the truck is concerned, I will come back again and again for new vehicles
and repairs. Thanks!

Good sales team, but their techs cant fix the simplest of problems. More often
than not the problem was worse.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, Price quoted me wasn't honored when I arrived
to buy vehicle. Service department so bad it's unbelievable. The service writers
know absolutely nothing and the techs, well, let's just say they'd do better
working at McDonald's. This place is a joke! Go to Larry H. Miller and save
yourself some headaches!

Sales=Poor, Service=Fair, I've given them 3 strikes. Yesterday was the
last one. Service department is of little help and knows little less. On first
visit, had a small leak from rear passenger axle at 4k miles. Took it to have
the seal replaced--two days later, I got my truck back. On second visit, I have
a leak from the input seal on the transfer case. They did a little better after
I spoke with the head manager and complained about my last visit. Nonetheless,
it was not delivered when I was told it would be. On third visit, the manager
turned near belligerent after crankcase breather problem in the Unitas. It took
another phone call to finally realize I would never return. Gave a quick call
to Larry H. Miller and was amazed at the night and day difference of the service
departments. Let the buyer beware!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, I took my truck in for a rattle in the exhaust
system you could hear a block away. They had it for 3 days and went to pick
it up and was told the tech could not hear anything, Took it back 1 month later
It was the catalytic converter for the second time in 38,000 miles on my v-10.
I told them it was the same noise as it made the first time. It's taken 2 weeks
to get a new one in but last time it took 5 days to put it in and I need my
truck. Trans went bad at 12000.
