LHM Service and Parts Dept are excellent, One of there service writers found
a old recall for the ABS on my 92 Town and Country, Have had my 99 Durango in
for service there and had no problems. There Part Dept. is excellent also excellent

Bought truck new from dealer in 1999. After being told that financing and papers
were taken care of I went home. Got a call at about nine p.m. that night from
the dealer. they told me that they were unable to finance me and to bring the
truck back. I ended going to my credit union the next day and getting a loan.
About a year later I was having problems with my truck over heating. Took it
in to dealer to be looked at. They were unable to find a problem and told me
to come pick up my truck. About a week latter I went on vacation to Saint George
to my Uncles house. Told him about my problem and the first thing he said was
did they check the radiator cap. I didn't know, so we went to have it tested.
The cap was bad. Bought a new cap and never had a problem with it over heating
again. I figured that if they couldn't find a problem like that, that they shouldn't
working on my truck. Never went back to dealer again until this spring in 2004.
They started to send me letters wanting me to trade in my truck. I went in talked
to the head manager told him about the service problems I've had and told them
not to send any more letters. He told me no problem that he would personally
get my name off their mailing list. Then about a month later I get another letter
for the same thing. Which now make the total number of letters I've gotten to
somewhere around a dozen. Needless to say I wont be back to that dealer. Or
any other Larry H Miller dealer as far as that goes.

I called in to find out about an upcoming car that is supposed to have an MSRP
of $19,995. Their "Area Market Value Adjustment" brought the new total
to $27,995. I'm not opposed to a business making a fair profit, but C'MON! Don't
you think that's a little extreme? $8,000 in markup. INSANE! After all, you
KNOW this guy. *sheesh*

Well, I went in just to test drive the new Hemi and HO Cummins. The sales guy
I was with was extremely knowledgeable, and new some things that I didn't know,
which surprises me because I keep up on all the dodge stuff. He was very honest
and not pushy at all. I told him that I wasn't buying today, just looking around,
which he was Ok with and he didn't try to push anything at all. Very good experience.
Will definitely go back.

Their Sales guys are dishonest crooks. They tried to cheat me out of $2000 on
the trade in of a vehicle. They documented the "verbally" agreed to
value of the trade in vehicle on the Bill of Sale, but on an incentive sheet
ADDED!!!! $2000 for a Trade-In Cash allowance, which was reflected on the bottom
line sale price of the new vehicle.
LHM (Least Honest M@#$@#$%@#$%) Spread the word....NEVER GO THERE!!!!
I've had headaches with their lack of service department also. Dealer Service
departments love to find NON-problems with your vehicles and make them problems,
especially warranty work so they can keep their mechanics employed and send
the bill to Dodge or whomever...More Crooked S--T!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes,
My service complaints are associated with a durango that I've owned for 3+ years.
And now my new buying experience has been horrible. Don't ever trade in a vehicle
at the dealership. They will hose you dry if you're not careful. The tactics
that they use by bringing the messenger sales guy to you with a cardboard piece
of paper with good better best financing numbers on it is an absolute joke.
Never agree to anything unless you absolutely know what the bottom line price
of the new vehicle is in writing in front of your face. If you are trading a
vehicle make sure that they don't skew the numbers on the Bill of Sale. They
can use some unbelievable tactics to get you to verbally commit on the deal
and blow through the paperwork so fast you overlook their line item BS charges.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
I went to the sales department one afternoon with my 26 year old daughter and
was greeted by a flock of salesmen. I swear they were going to pounce on us.
These guys make lawyers look like Mother Teresa. We wanted to look at a Durango
R/T and they showed me a "Manager Demo" which apparently was extra
special because with over 5,000 miles on the odometer, instead of getting a
discount for the vehicle being used, they told me the truck was worth more than
sticker. Apparently this is the norm at LHM dealerships. Every question I asked
was answered with "I don't know, but I know it's a lot" Me: "How
much horsepower does this durango have?" Salesman: "I don't know,
but I know it's a lot" Me: "How much torque?" Salesman: "I
don't know, but I know it's a lot" Me: "How much can this tow?"
Salesman: "I don't know, but I know it's a lot". I found out a lot
of things about LHM dealerships through the experiences of others once they
have been through their circus. Their sole purpose is to confuse you. Many people
I have talked to said they found out things after the fact that couldn't be
rectified. One lady bought a van from LHM Chevrolet.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, These service writers and techs
should be the model from which all the others in this business are created.
They know what they are talking about and really did a good job on my ram pickup.
Fast and convenient. Quality workmanship.

Sales=Good, Service=Good, When I bought my Ram in '94, I knew more about
the vehicle than the sales person. However, he never doubted my knowledge and
was grateful to get my up-to-date info. The service center used to be the best
in town. Two years ago, they replaced the Service Manager and things went downhill
fast. However, for the last year, service has been more dependable. The Ram
Truck technicians are very qualified and will explain, in layman's terms, what
they did for repairs. I bought my Jeep from this same group in '97. Same scenario
about vehicle knowledge. I go to LHM for servicing of both my vehicles, now.
Even the parts center is straight up about costs and supplies. They are also
supporters of the Utah 4-Wheel Drive Association and will work on vehicles with
suspension modifications. This is a major rarity in UT.
