Took three days to take delivery of vehicle. Paperwork was slow. Purchase process was slow. They treated me well, just damn, damn slow.

Got truck for $500 under dealer invoice (4/01)! Love the mobile service for oil changes! Quick, correct service every time. Sales person Holli knew her trucks well! Love this truck. Would recommend to anyone!

Wanted 39.95 and a couple of hours to flash speedometer for larger tires (FWIW, this is reasonable - Dave). Front end alignment did not improve.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,   Three days to do a front end alignment. Service manager stated they were still working on it for two days. Had to be forced to go and check on the third. Threatened to take elsewhere before alignment was done.
