Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Have paint problems ( orange spots ), Factory Rep. said it was Iron ore dust
from around the Mexican plant, dealer took it to a body shop=A Body Shop= they
said it was a treatment coating coming off the frame and told the dealer to
detail it. The dealer (Chesterfield Dodge) couldn't fix it because they didn't
have anything strong enough. Now they said I must have driven it through something.This
truck has only 7000 miles on it, The spots are on the outside of the truck,
inside the door jams, and coming out of the weep holes of the doors!! They can't
figure it out so they are dumping it back on me. Also I am getting only 13 mpg,
most are getting MUCH better.
Had a Great salesman, but poor customer relations from the service mgr. He's
grabbing at straws!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Repeated attempts to repair several items on two of my Dodge/Chrysler vehicles
resulted in utter frustration. Complaint to Daimler/Chrysler HQ in Troy, MI
resulted in being directed to another dealer in the area. Maybe HQ knows something
we don't? Service personnel were exceedingly rude to my wife (typical "Stupid
Woman" comments and treatment). Never again. I now travel across town to get
service.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
The service is very poor. The service personnel act like they don't want to
service our van, treat us rudely, talk down to us, and treat us like we don't
know anything. We had warranty work done there. They told us they had to perform
a test that would take 4 hours and then they would have to repair what ever
was needed. I asked if they had a loaner car, they said no, not for us because
we didn't buy our vehicle there. I dropped off our vehicle at 8:00am, I rented
a car for the day, they called me at 3:15pm and asked me what the problem was
with the vehicle because they were just getting around to looking at it. I told
them at 8:00am what the symptoms were. I asked them about the 4 hour test, they
said they didn't think it was necessary at this time, they were going to try
to trouble shoot it without the test. They called at 5:00pm and said the vehicle
was ready and there was nothing wrong. I asked them to pick up the rental car
for the day since they waited ! all day to get around to my vehicle and that
they told me on the day I made the appointment that they would have to perform
a 4 hour test. They said no because I didn't buy the vehicle there. We did not
buy our vehicle in the state of VA. We had a couple of other problems with them
but it would take to long to tell you about them. The service people don't listen
to what you have to say about your vehicle, they just write down a vague description,
they act like they don't have the time to listen to what you have to say, they
act like you don't know anything about cars, they were very snotty to my wife,
they would rather argue with you than to fix your vehicle, they don't get the
work done on your vehicle in a timely manner or it's not ready when they say
it will be, they just act like they don't want to do business with you. We will
never buy anything from Chesterfield Dodge and will never buy a Chrysler vehicle
again. Chrysler gives Chesterfield Dodge a five star rating for ! service. How
can that be?
