Avoid Like the Plague!! They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door!!! My husband and I both called before we came and got 2 different stories about the car deal. No salesman knew the answer to any questions. They had to go and run to ask someone else. We were in there for 3 hours, before they gave us a finance rate!!!! Our credit is wonderful, however it shouldn't have taken that long or consumed that much of my day. The salesman was rude, he could care less if we purchased a vehicle or not. And twice I heard, well, we don't have that one in stock, but we have 3 more on the lot that are similar!!!

I am currently a dodge owner and was looking to purchase a new truck. I went here and found a vehicle I wished to purchase. I was quoted a price for the truck and given a trade in allowance amount. I agreed to the deal as it was presented. Upon entering the business managers office to complete the sale I was told that the price quoted to me was incorrect, that it was actually $2000.00 higher than the original quote. To me that is either the height of incompetence, or the pinnacle of unethical business practices. Future buyers beware, don't believe your deal is real as they may change it at the last minute. I love my 99 Dakota. It is just a shame that Dodge has chosen such a poor representative for their product in Richmond.

 Most of the time they promise you your vehicle will be ready at a certain time and you can count on it being ready from hours to days later than the date/time they tell you. I have been to them for both warranty, extended warranty and non-warranty work on about 5 different occasions with the same results. The quality of the finished product is usually OK. I love good service, as I work in a service oriented field and I rarely get it at Chesterfield Dodge Service Department. They are the only dealer on my side of the river close by so I have no choice. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!
