Great people! Got towed in late on a friday afternoon while traveling home from vacation. Air conditioning compressor had seized and destroyed the main belt.They replaced the compressor etc. and had me back on the road in a few hours. The towing service they recommended was prompt and professional, every one I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and professional and to my relief very understanding of the stress involved in dealing with a breakdown 400 miles from home! If I resided in the Roanoke area Dominion would certainly be my choice of dealers.
Dominion had been recommended to me by the guys in the parts department at Magic City Ford.

Have bought three cars over a 10 year period. Always treated fairly during sales process. Service department has gone the extra mile to work on getting problems corrected. Business owners are visible and care about customers.

I told salesman what I wanted to spend and we came to terms on the car I wanted. He has checked with me a few times to see if there was anything else he could do for me. I had 1 problem with the car and he helped take care of the problem to my satisfaction. I have taken the car to the service twice for insp. and once for a recall and everything was done quickly. I would buy from them again.

Bait and switch tactics on advertised car - also - Lied to me about their markup and how much they were going to make on a deal.

The sales and service departments were first rate. I will buy from Dominion Dodge again.

Can't really rate sales, I went in obviously fed up with my old Ford trade-in, so I was in lousy bargaining stance. I have dealt with the service department and find them competent and helpful..
