Purchased an 05 Neon on April 7th, 2006. After two 30-day tags, numerous visits and phone calls to the dealership, I received my title on May 31st, 2006! Their last day in business as a Dodge dealer, by the way. After help from the Virginia Automobile Dealers Board, and only then, Floyd Dodge got on the ball and produced a title in just a couple days. Coincidence, I guess. Worst buying experience, by far, in my 44 years. Glad they're gone!!!

I was 500 miles from home visiting my sick sister who lives in Sparta, NC. I was having oil pressure problems with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our son from Maryland called this dealership for us to set up an appointment to have our vehicle looked at. They fixed the problem and took care of some other issues that were on a recall list that we were not aware of. We were not put into a position where they try to sell you what you don't need or want. Thanks to all of the employees there to make our experience there a pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership for all you Dodge needs in this area. Thanks again for a job well done. They truly do have the Best Jeep Mechanics in the State.

We deal with Floyd dodge in Galax. The salesmen aren't that great, and the facilities don't match Shelor or the rest of the bigboys in the valley, but the service dept [Willy and the boys] is the best. They take care of all of our 3500 work trucks with honesty and integrity. It's worth it to pay a little more for a vehicle to know that you will be taken care of after the sale.
