I purchased a used 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 with v10 motor 135k miles for 13000.00 and used my 1997 toyota 4runner with 105k on it. they gave me 8k towards the purchase because of some minor body damage they said it wasn't worth more then that. later I found out it was worth more than this Ram by about 2k. they sold it the next day ! the sales person lied about the condition of the Ram. he said it was in really good condition mechanically and that there service department went through and replaced parts etc. and told me they would put new tires on it because it drove rough with the big off road tires they had on it and i told the sales person i was leaving for az and need good highway tires. after the sale was completed they went to put tires on it they told me they would use the new tires off my toyota and I said that wasn't the deal we made and they didn't fit anyway and after going through about 1/2 hr of bull sh=t they said i would have to pay 150.00 for new tires. it was about 8pm and i just wanted to get out of there and said fine. after they placed the new tires on the truck while driving home it was all over the road wandering etc. and the cruise control didn't work ! so I called the next morning friday and they said they couldn't look at it until monday. when i took it in they told me it needed a new cruise control and front end alignment. this was after waiting 6 hrs for them to look at it ! the tire place said it needed a track arm but they said it only needed an alignment so they replaced the cruise control and aligned it but it didn't fix the steering problem. so i took it back and while waiting for them to look at it the catalytic converters went out LOL for real so they said i would have to pay 50.00 for the cats and they wouldn't replace the track arm ! OMG I'm pissed now I said i want my toyota back and they said it was to late they sold it and 3 days had passed etc. so i pay the 50.00 and sign a statement i was told was an agreement that i would pay 50.00 come to find out it was an agreement that stated they wouldn't fix anything else on the truck. OMG always read what your signing. never trust maggot scum like these guy at greg rairdons, well after replacing the track arm i find out that it needs a new steering box so i replaced that to 3 times LOL. Oh and the one of the catalytic converters they replaced went out. had to have it replaced again too. geez i also replaced the tires because LesSchawb told me they were the cheapest tires I could get, so i spent another 200.00 on that. my transmission is knocking when i put it into gear. also i need brakes they're squealing. f*ing rip offs! let this be a warning to you NEVER TRUST GREG RAIRDON DODGE IN SMOKEY POINT !!!
Stay as far away from Greg Rairdons dealerships as you possibly can! they will lie cheat and anything else to make a buck off you !
