Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, I originally was going to buy a Jeep Wrangler, which have no incentives from the factory whatsoever. When I mentioned what I really wanted was a Ram, but didn't think I could afford it. The owner bent over backwards for me and got me in a Ram for just a couple thousand more than what the Wrangler was going to cost!!! I haven't had to take my truck in for service yet, but my Dad has taken his in and the service department is really top notch. If you live in Richmond go ahead and drive the extra few miles to get superior sales and service with a smile.
