Sales=Don't Know, Service=Good, Parts=Good, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I have had three experiences with this dealership. The first was to the parts department to purchase a bolt for a brake caliper. I think the bolt had loosened up and as it backed out became bent so that it was very difficult to remove the caliper and change brake pads. I had zero problems purchasing the bolt. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and got me in and out very quickly.
My second experience with the dealership was to their service department. My truck a 2002, 2500 HO Cummins seemed to have some sort of fuel problem as it was stumbling and suffering loss of power incidents. There were no codes set on the truck at this point either. I made an appointment and within the agreed upon time my truck was returned to me with a new fuel transfer (lift) pump. Unfortunately, the lift pump did not fix the problem and brought my third visit to the dealership's heavy truck service department. Finally the truck had set some tell tale codes that pointed to the VP44 injection pump. It took over a week to fix (replace) the injection pump, send the old one out, get the new one in, test the new one on the bench, install, test again, etc. I expected that, what I didn't expect is the effort the service department took to keep me informed of how the repair was proceeding. I wasn't use to this, most of my experiences with dealerships have been me having to badger them for information, not them keeping me informed. That was nice, and the reason why they'll have me for a return customer in the foreseeable future.
Excellent diesel repair facility, highly knowledgeable.

Still believes in selling cars and trucks the old fashioned way....with exceptional sales and service).  service department bent over backwards to fix ALL the problems with the car, no matter how small, and believe me there where quite a few! They truly deserve their 5-star rating and I'd recommend them to anyone in the Lynchburg-Roanoke-Bristol-Lexington, Virginia area
