The salesman didn't have much knowledge about the Rams and there wasn't much of a selection. However I was satisfied with the end result. They toyed with me on finalizing the deal, but that always happens. I got the deal I wanted and would recommend them but if you decide you want to buy that day, go early because they will battle you for every dollar you have.
Insist on the exact truck you want...dont settle for what is on site, trust me they have more and probably the one of your dreams.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I had gone to them when I was researching for my purchase. I was given a quote that was $1500 more for a 2002 model Dakota with 2 less options than the 2003 model that I finally did buy from Tyson's Dodge. Unfortunately the Tyson's Dodge site was bought, and turned into a Porsche dealer, so I had to go to Koons for service. I just discovered some damage underneath my truck that was not there when I bought it, that no matter how hard I try, I can only figure happened at Koons when it was in for service. It looks like the mechanic let the lift down with a tool-cart still under the truck, and bent the rear panel between the wheel and the bumper. Of course it happened a month ago, so I can't prove a thing, and they deny that it was them that did it. Unfortunately there are no other dealers close to me anymore except Koons, but I still may try somebody else in the future. It would be worth it.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
First vehicle purchase @ Koons. Truly painless experience - the salesman, Barry, seemed to actually WANT to sell a truck and (holy mackerel!) actually knew something about the product he was selling. He didn't mind taking the time to do a full vehicle delivery and inspection, even though it took him WELL past their closing time (9:00 close, pulled out at 9:45 p.m.). Service has always been great at Koons. We have had (including the new 2002 Ram - 1500 SLT, 4.7L V-8, Auto, 4x2, RC, LB) 7 different cars/vans/trucks serviced there (Scott is the grand pooba advisor for us). As in previous posts, it may take them more than a day to completely/correctly diagnose and fix the problem, but they'll find it and fix it right the first time.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
AWESOME Sales Person: Donna Sue. Got a good deal. Went downhill on delivery. Rear-End was shot on the truck and they delivered it that way. They repaired it after a week delay waiting for NEW parts. They made up for it by throwing in a bed liner for my trouble.!!! :-) Service Manager: Ray....also GREAT. They indeed seem to try to please the customer. I would recommend this place and would buy from them again.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know
Excellent buying experience. They worked a deal including difficult lease exit in record time. They were pleasant and fair.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Good,
Have tried multiple dealers in the area for service. Best was Koons. They really try hard....even with some of the idiot customers that they get.  Fair pricing, however may keep truck until they've found problem. Can last from 1-4 days. But they'll find the problem!

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
