Purchased truck in Oct 04; Sales experience was excellent; friendly, helpful, reasonable, no/low pressure.
Have had truck in for vibration twice, shop stated found no problems first time, didn't even drive vehicle. Took mechanic on test drive and he then experienced problem. He said could find nothing. Brought truck in again, shop applied lubrication to clutch, did not solve problem. Will be seeking warranty service elsewhere if service manager cannot move things along. disappointed in Lawrence Dodge service dept.

I had to bring My 2004 truck in for a problem I noticed. Don, the service adviser I spoke with was very helpful, set me up to bring the truck in and let men know when it was done. For what had to be done, it was done in avery timely manner.
I enjoy my truck and am glad I bought it from Lawrence Dodge.

I did a lot of looking around for the right truck. I went to all the Dodge dealers in the Richmond area and no where else did I get better treatment than at Lawrence. My salesman's name was Oliver and he did more to help me than any other salesman I had met. After I made the deal, I went to the Consumer Reports price checking service and found that I had gotten right about the best deal I could expect. There prices on the vehicle and the accessories were right on the mark. Good people.
