All service has been completed promptly and I was even given a loaner vehicle for the day. Lorne is great and is good with follow up. Two of my co-workers also go there as well and have been extremely pleased.

Took my Durango that had lost oil pressure in. They ran the vehicle to see if it had no pressure instead of trusting me. Then told me that engine was blown due to sludge and it was my fault. They are charging me a small fortune for that info and they never did take anything apart. So, how do they know there is sludge?!? Then they treat me like I am a dumb woman who don't know anything and that I blew up my own engine. I even have receipts for all the oil changes and other maintenance! They said they didn't care the proof was in the blown engine (that I obviously to them didn't maintain.) They even accused me of drag racing the vehicle. Their service manager is especially rude and condescending. My engine only had 38,000 miles on it. All they care about is money and not the Dodge name or customer service.
