I recently purchased a Ram 1500 form Manassas Dodge. The sales staff and the service department are excellent! They took care of me like I was family, I strongly recommend Manassas Dodge to everyone.

I had my 99 Dakota RT towed to the dealer when it would not start. It turned out to be only a dead battery.When I picked up the truck I noticed large scratches under the hood on the fender and bumper. I informed the service manager. He said it was not their fault it must have been the tow truck diver. His people would have told him if they had caused damage. After a heated conversation I went outside. Another employee came to me and told me how the damage was the result of trying to drive the truck with the jump starter balanced on top of the motor. It fell off causing damage and destroying the jump starter. When I went back in the service manager would not talk to me. I went to the dealerships main office and after explaining the problem got them to agree to repair the damage.

Bought truck used from them. Salesman quoted off the cuff answers to important technical tow related questions. Truck has been very reliable. Had to replace starter shortly after purchasing. Replaced water pump a couple of years later. Rear hydraulic brake line rusted through at just over 100,000 miles causing loss of brakes! Took truck to service department once for a recall and had them quote me a repair of the brake line since it involved removing the fuel tank for which I thought the recall was for replacement of the roll-over valve in the fuel tank. Turns out that recall had already been performed (I couldn't verify that) and the brake repair quote was $1100.00! I fixed it myself for $11.00! I would buy from them again, but I won't have any service done there again.

Three purchases have all gone well there. When my now-ex wife and I purchased our 1995 Caravan, their Service dept. was NOT up to the task of fixing the bumper that had been scraped in transit. However, all services on my '03 Ram have gone very well - quick, courteous and efficient.

Had my new car in over 17 times in under the 1st year for AC, Pinging, Squeal noise. 5 Times this summer for AC. Car has been returned un-repaired each time sometimes with body/interior damage. Service Manager accused me of rigging the AC -- (Since they couldn't fix the problem.)

I've had a very good experience with Manassas Dodge though it is outside the beltway, it's worth the drive out.
