I have bought 3 Ram trucks and a Durango from Marlow Motors and when it comes time to replace the current Ram I plan to return. I have always walked away pleased with the price and they have been great with follow-ups and warranty work. The service department is dependable. Since our last purchase we have moved to Allentown PA area and have found it difficult to find a trustworthy dealer such as Marlow Motors. The Durango just had recall on the ball joints and as soon as we received the letter, we called Marlow Motors and we were able to make an appointment within the week. Was it worth driving 3-1/2 hours to Front Royal, absolutely, I trust the group at Marlow and enjoy working with them.
Truck has been great aside from the few minor things.

I drove from 1 hour N. of Pittsburgh, PA to Front Royal, VA (approx. 4.5 hours) to buy this truck, with a deal already set. I get there and they lowered the price for me even more :) After owning the truck for 8 days it blew a power steering pump and hose, my local dealer would not give me a loaner. Marlow motors called me the next day and told me they'd get me a rental and they'd even pay for it!!
