This is the second truck I have bought from them new. (2002 2500 RAM Diesel) With both trucks the sales force has been courteous and helpful. I feel that I got a good deal the first time, but the second time they had a better price that 4 other competing dealers in the area. They are a small dealership and seem to care more than the big boys in the near by city. The service department (especially Rick) are truly honest and knowledgeable. Rick is the service manager, but he has got his hands dirty to make sure that my problem is taken care of and in a timely manner. They don't normally have loaner cars, but with a little advance notice they will help you with that too. Who could want a better vehicle that the turbo diesel RAM? This is the best vehicle I have ever owned!
