returned vehicle to me with out putting the bolts in the caliper. brake line leaking on rotor. pulling to the right. brought it back they put it on the lift didn't look at it and said that it would fix itself in a week or two. cost me $2500.00 dollars and an additional $600 to have it fixed at a different dealership

I found the service department at Ourisman to be courteous and professional. The Service Manager took the time to answer all of my questions and to discuss any options. All the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I have complete confidence in the Service Department at Ourisman.

The service personnel are always friendly and attentive to what I need. I am kept informed of what my vehicle needs and when it needs it. If more dealerships were run like Ourisman Dodge, car dealerships would not have such bad reputations. The new service director has made a tremendous difference!!! I have recommended Ourisman dodge to 5 friends or family members, and all are going to Ourisman Dodge and agree with me.

I have always had good service at ourisman. They always help me when I need it the most (when my car is broke) I always go to the same service advisor his name is Jerry and he always goes the extra mile and calls right when my car is ready. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS LONG AS HE IS AT OURISMAN DODGE I highly recommend you see him when you go there!!!!!

Excellent staff, fun place to deal. One of the girls watched the kids while We looked at a new car. Took me on a tour of the dealership so I knew how to get to and what to do for service. The parts guy even was friendly while we were discussing some up-grades. I'm not sure when we will buy another new car but we will certainly start here.

They'll bend over backwards for you if you purchase a $40,000.00 vehicle but it's difficult to get someone's attention until they know you are spending that much. Two problems with Ourisman though. I was told I would get a service vehicle when my truck is the shop and I would get free service for the 1st year, these were lies. Get it in writing. I'll never buy from them again. The service department never calls when parts or vehicle is ready. You must stay on them all day to know when your vehicle is ready. I have a short in my stereo, it requires a second drop off for a simple electronic problem.

In 2000 someone posted a humorously derisive web page after being screwed by Ourisman. The web page had several comments (on the feedback page) from others with similar opinions. It was hilarious, but The URL now goes to an official Ourisman page.
