I bought a 2006 Kia and after about a month the vent would not cut off. I took it in to be serviced and they said I would have back in a day they had they part in stock. Well 6 days later they had they part after they ordered it. The service manager kept making up excuses like the parts truck forgot to pick it up, they had to re-verify it was the correct module. They sent the wrong part. They suck......... very bad experience with this dealership.

I purchased my '04 Ram from a salesman named Adam and it was the most entertaining and informative purchase I have ever proceeded with. He showed me where my money was going, what I was paying for and just about everything about my new Hemi. The management team worked with my limited budget and got me into the car I wanted, not the one others had told me I could afford (Tysinger). The service department was great as I had blown a tire and needed to get somewhere quick. They gave me a ride and picked me up later that day. If you are to go into the dealership, ask for Adam, he knows his trucks, or service, ask for Cathy. They really helped me out and now I show my new Dodge off everywhere thanks to the team at Oyster Point Dodge! Would recommend to anyone!
Have high RAMbitions? Go to Oyster Point Dodge, they'll get you into a new Dodge, not a problem.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
The service department is less than acceptable. I dropped my Durango off at the end of June 2004, for a metal on metal sound on the right front tire when I hit bumps or holes. It sat on the lot for 2 days without anyone working on it, so i took it and returned in August when the noise was louder. I stated to the service advisor that the lower control arm bumper was torn and I believed the ball joint grease boot was torn as well. I was called later that day and was told that nothing was wrong, so I had to go in and show them the torn bumper stop that was shot, and the grease boot was ok. It took 2 days to replace the bumper stop and I was told that that could be making the noise. When that was finished I wanted to drive it before I returned the rental car that my warranty pays for, I got dirty looks but i got my way. I drove my truck and it was still making the noise and I returned quickly. The service advisor then wanted to ride with me to hear this supposed noise, making slightly rude comments on the way to the vehicle. He finally heard it and said they would look at it. It turned out to be the brake caliper bushing was worn, and the noise I heard was the caliper bouncing on the rotor. So, I return to pick it up and want to drive it and again I get a dirty look and I am told it's fixed. Nevertheless, I drive it down the road and the right brake squeals so I bring it back and have a few choice words with the service advisor. The squeal soon stopped, i guess the rotor was dirty. I think the brakes are something you don't screw around with and it only took 4 days to fix plus 2 days no one looked at it. Then there was the time I brought it in for maintenance and they backed into something and damaged the rear bumper, or the recurring thermostat leak that took 3 trips to fix, or the mysterious coolant leak, or the fiasco with my transmission and the "Easy Care" warranty....should I keep going? I've had several calls from them saying no! things wrong and I had to go and show them what I was talking about. I may not be an automotive mechanic, but being an aircraft mechanic I know when something is not right. I will give them some credit, they have fixed all my problems so far, but not without headaches. I hope this would be enough to ward off some people, and to finish, If I was offered a free car from Oyster Point Dodge on the condition that I had to bring it there to have the maintenance done, I would tell them to stick it! I think you should bring back Avoid like the plague, because I have not had a good experience there in 5 years!
I will now take my vehicle to Tysinger Dodge for the 2 years remaining on my extended warranty.

I really enjoyed my experience at Oyster Point Kia. Everyone was very nice and courteous. It took no time at all to buy my car and truck and the environment was very nice and friendly. The service department was excellent they took care of my vehicles in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was really a great experience.

Look, just stay away from this dealership. They could care less about you. Every dealership in Hampton Roads is run by crooks as far as I'm concerned, but these people are some of the worst. I've had far too many bad experiences with them to mention. I was mesmerized by Theresa Cox's bountiful breasts, and ended up buying a truck from her, meanwhile she was jerking me off (figuratively) the whole time!

Went in to look at new Ram 1500 Hemi, liked vehicle. Went through the whole process, when the salesman came back with the numbers, the first thing out of his mouth is "Looks like you have some negative equity". Now this didn't surprise me, as everyone already knows that your vehicle is always worth less than you owe on it when it comes to trading it in. Anyway to make a long story short, they tried to give me 9,000 dollars for a 99 Grand Cherokee Limited, I about sh** my pants. I'm no car dealer but I didn't just fall off a rock yesterday. I priced vehicle through NADA prior to going and the low end of trade in value was around 14,000. Point is don't waste time with these kind of people unless you are paying cash!!!!!! Oyster Point wasted my whole Saturday

I really don't think the sales manager liked me because of my tattoo sleeves. My salesman Bill was a good guy and up front about everything. The tailgate on the back of my truck was scratched, so they had it repainted. Who ever repainted did a horrible job. They taped over the stickers and then painted. I have had my truck three weeks now and I have to take my truck back to be repainted because the paint is flaking already.

Unfortunately, I was warned off of Oyster Point only after I'd bought my '97 1500. If anyone ever runs into a Will Ramsey at another dealership I only have one suggestion: RUN LIKE HELL!!! Oh, and their service (other than routine oil changes) ain't that great.
